• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via the selected method at checkout.
• Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Tested Faith is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your package is missing, we recommend:
  1. Checking with neighbors or household members who may have received it.
  2. Contacting the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to file a claim.
  3. Reaching out to us at nick@testedfaith.com within 7 days of the delivery date—while we do not guarantee replacements, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
