Tested Faith Shipping Policy

Effective Date: February 1st, 2025

At Tested Faith, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 11:00pm PST will begin processing the next business day.
  • High demand or special releases may cause slight delays, but we will notify you via email if this occurs.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We currently ship to U.S. Only.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order using the carrier’s tracking system.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within  5 business days, please contact us at nick@testedfaith.com.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Tested Faith is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • If your package is missing:
    1. Check with neighbors or household members who may have received it.
    2. Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to file a claim.
    3. Reach out to us at nick@testedfaith.com within 7 days of the delivery date—while we do not guarantee replacements, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

5. International Shipping (If applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays—please check with your local customs office for estimated processing times.

6. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us at nick@testedfaith.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
