Tested Faith Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 1st, 2025

At Tested Faith, we strive to provide high-quality apparel that reflects your faith and lifestyle. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or odors).
  • All limited edition items, final sale products, and custom pieces (including hand-signed items) are non-returnable.
  • Returns must include the original packaging and proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at nick@testedfaith.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at nick@testedfaith.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue along with your order number. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Limited edition pieces (including numbered and signed items)
  • Gift cards

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at nick@testedfaith.com.
